The problem
The menu lived in a PDF, opening hours differed across three listings, and AI assistants recommended the place next door.
What we did
- 01
Rebuilt the menu as real, structured HTML with dishes, prices and dietary tags search engines can read.
- 02
Cleaned up the business listing everywhere and added restaurant schema so hours and bookings match.
- 03
Wrote short answer blocks for the questions diners actually ask: parking, groups, vegan options.
